Consistent performance, always reliable

I've been using MASV for a while now, mainly for transferring large media files for post-production work. This latest transfer of 4K footage was just as smooth as previous times. It's really dependable for getting big files where they need to go fast. I especially like the Watch Folders feature, saves a lot of time. Sometimes the pricing per GB feels a little high compared to some other options, but the speed makes up for it.

MASV is amazing!

I used MASV for the first time to send some huge raw footage to my editor, and it was unbelievably fast! The Desktop App worked perfectly, even with my slightly slow internet. It was so much better than other services I've tried. I'm definitely going to use MASV for all my future transfers and have already told my colleague about it.

Smooth experience for large files

I needed to send a huge video project, around 200GB, to a remote editor. Decided to try MASV after hearing good things. The ordering process was simple; I just signed up and started a transfer. I used the MASV Desktop App and it worked without a hitch, even with my average home internet connection. Took about 6 hours to upload everything, which I thought was pretty decent for the size. My editor received the files quickly too. I did have a question about setting up Custom Branding and the support docs were a little hard to navigate, but I figured it out. Quality of the transfer was perfect, no corruption or missing files. It's a solid tool for anyone dealing with massive media.

Fast and easy transfers

Needed to send a big file quickly. Used the MASV Web App. Uploaded fast, recipient downloaded without issues. Very straightforward service. No complaints.

Fast upload, simple to use

Needed to send a large video file for a project. The MASV Web App handled it quickly. Upload was smooth, recipient got it fine. Good service.

Good value for big files

I was looking for a cost-effective way to send a 50GB project folder. Used their 20GB free trial first which was helpful to test it out. The pay-as-you-go rate was reasonable for the extra data I needed. It's definitely cheaper than some subscription services if you don't transfer huge files every day. The transfer was quick, and it felt like I got my money's worth without committing to a monthly fee. Practical for my freelance work.

Fast transfers, easy to use

Used MASV for a client project to send some large video files. The upload was super quick, much faster than my usual method. Interface was straightforward. Had a small hiccup finding the download limits setting, but overall good.

Good for large files, delivery was slow

I used MASV to send a large 4K video project, about 150GB, to a client last week. The Accelerated File Transfer feature definitely helped get it moving, and the client confirmed they received it intact. That part worked well. However, the initial upload speed was a bit slower than I anticipated, even with decent internet. It took longer than I budgeted for that specific transfer. Also, I tried reaching out to customer support about a small issue with the Transfer History not updating immediately, and it took about 8 hours to get a response. Not terrible, but could be quicker for urgent matters. Overall, it's a solid service for what it does, but there are areas for minor improvements.
